Our Story

The Victorian Home built in 1906 contains astonishing detail of craftsmanship that speaks history. The house contains a full bar as well as dining seating. There are three dining rooms including The Main Room, The Thurmond Room, and The Turkey Room. Our southern hospitality is provided by the owners. It is our philosophy to exceed your expectations through your dining experience.

In the Kitchen

Chef Sean Wight had a vision by putting together a menu and incorporating his famous Shrimp and Grits recipe when opening The Old Edgefield Grille in 1999. Our menu for lunch and dinner resemble the best from several great chefs who have worked in our kitchen and established their own recipes. Currently, we have an asian sous chef who crafts our famous Pork Dumplings. Chef Holsten has been our head chef since 2019, incorporating his Italian specialty in the kitchen with his distinctive recipes for several of our entrees while also making all of our pasta dishes from scratch. One of his famous recipes on our menu is our Risotto Balls appetizer.
