Our Story
The Victorian Home built in 1906 contains astonishing detail of craftsmanship that speaks history. The house contains a full bar as well as dining seating. There are three dining rooms including The Main Room, The Thurmond Room, and The Turkey Room. Our southern hospitality is provided by the owners. It is our philosophy to exceed your expectations through your dining experience.

In the Kitchen
Chef Sean Wight had a vision by putting together a menu and incorporating his famous Shrimp and Grits recipe when opening The Old Edgefield Grille in 1999. Our menu for lunch and dinner resemble the best from several great chefs who have worked in our kitchen and established their own recipes. Currently, we have an Asian sous chef who crafts our famous Pork Dumplings. Introducing our new Executive Chef, Frank Williams who has started in January 2026. He is known for soulful flavors and thoughtful technique, his signature Seafood Étouffée—now featured on our dinner menu—perfectly showcases his style. We’re thrilled to welcome Chef Williams to the team and invite you to come taste his vision for yourself!

Our famous "OEG" Burger featured on our lunch and dinner menu. This burger is a southern classic that incorporates a delicious blend of pimento cheese, fried green tomato, bacon, bacon remoulade sauce, and all on top of an Angus Beef patty.
Executive Head Chef, Frank Williams
